Terms of Service

By using RNGdle.me you agree to these terms. This site is an entertainment project about the rarity of numbers.

Nature of the service

The site is provided "as is": we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. All EP scores, rarity tiers and rankings are algorithmically generated entertainment; they are not a judgment of any number's value and carry no real-world redeemable value.

Fair use

Please do not access or scrape the site with high-frequency automation, so the service stays healthy for everyone.

Your data

Game progress lives in your own browser (see the Privacy Policy). We cannot restore, and are not liable for, progress lost through clearing browser data, switching devices or any other cause.

Intellectual property

The site's copy, design and code belong to the Number Rarity Institute. You are welcome to share your rolls and screenshots freely.

Changes to these terms

Any changes will be posted on this page; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
